The Greystar Corporate Accounting team plays a critical role within Greystar's accounting organization. This team is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of Greystar's parent level company and enterprise shared services teams. This accounting team supports the Office of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), as well as all the centralized Enterprise Services functions of Technology, People and Culture, Communications, Risk Management, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, and Tax. This role will apply generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to analyze financial information, reconcile financial statements, prepare general and standard journal entries, assist in budget development, and prepare standard accounting and financial reports for Enterprise Services functional and executive leadership. Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
