| Senior Reporting Developer, AVP Whippany, NJ Barclays Services Corp. What will you be doing? Barclays Services Corp. seeks Senior Reporting Developer, AVP in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available): ??? Utilize comprehensive knowledge of computer information systems, IT engineering, and development skills in order to develop and modify computer applications software for the Investment Bank's (IB) Risk, Finance and Treasury ("RFT") Technology team, which is responsible for supporting the technological needs of the Finance department ??? Lead the implementation of Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II ("MIFID2") to best execution reporting for Cross Asset trading ??? Ensure the technical architecture of the solution is in line with the overall architecture strategy ??? Design and develop high level solutions for end-to end data flow and reporting solutions for MIFID2 Day2 best execution and Libor Exposure and Analysis Reporting ??? Design the STAR schema modelling for Cross Asset in the Markets Trade Store which is MIFID2 dependency ??? Implement the archiving solution across Cross Asset ??? Drive the best execution strategy for MIFID2 across Cross Asset globally ??? Implement the new End-Of-Day Reporting regulations in Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific ??? Provide business analysis, such as translating regulations into business requirements, design and document business processes for new world view post-regulation implementations ??? Provide training to Application users ??? Work closely with IT, Operations, Business and Cross Asset colleagues to ensure coordinated Front-to-Back delivery ??? Own and be responsible for various release plans ??? Ensure all key stakeholders understand project milestones, risks and issues ??? Work closely with the global Cross Functional team, ensuring defined action plans and dates with owners, as well as following through to delivery ??? Provide support to the overall Global Markets Trade Store Lead for Cross Asset trade repository and reporting and Libor Exposure and Analysis Reporting ??? Work on Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP) Projects. US Cash Motif is a SIP project to migrate the accounting and reporting functionality for US Cash Equities, Equity Options, Convertible Bonds, and Corporate Bonds onto Motif, a strategic Finance initiative with the primary object of integrating the Financial Control (FC) and Product Control (PC) process, facilitating the compilation of a daily balance sheet ??? Upgrade and modernize the data infrastructure supporting the business intelligence environment ??? May telecommute What we're looking for: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation Where will you be working?
