DWS Real Estate Division / West Coast Transactions Team Overview The DWS Real Estate Division is a full-service Real Estate Investment Manager with approximately EUR 51 billion AUM globally. DWS Real Estate acquires and manages investments in individual assets or Real Estate portfolios on behalf of funds and sperate accounts. The West Coast Transactions Team is responsible for analyzing new opportunities, perform due diligence, prepare Investment Committee memorandums, manage the closing process, and provide portfolio level assistance on existing assets. The Transactions Team Administrative Assistant's (TAA) primary role is to provide administrative support to various West Coast Transaction Officers and Asset Managers in their respective offices/regions. In this role, the TAA will assist the Team with a variety of administrative tasks that is vital to the day-to-day operations, property acquisitions and special projects that arise from time to time. It is DWS's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Los Angeles office in accordance with the firm's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in California is $50,000.00 to $90,000.00. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.
