About The Role The Client Service Associate performs administrative duties to cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication to ensure key information and documentation remain current. Additionally, the individual will be able to work in partnership with the Financial Adviser to produce strategy reports and develop customized financial plans for clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Client & Operational Support: ??? Facilitates all administrative client queries ??? Supports with the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts ??? Notifies client/s and Financial Adviser of any issues, recommending a solution and timeframe ??? Works with clients on the execution of orders in Brokerage and Advisory accounts ??? Prepares performance reports and other data for clients, that may involve evaluating account performance, analyzing investment portfolio holdings and generating quarterly investment performance monitors ??? Develops presentation materials and proposals to assist Financial Adviser in managing performance measurements on existing accounts ??? Designs and produce strategy reports and other types of communications for the Financial Adviser to use with clients as part of the overall marketing initiative ??? Considers opportunities to organize, streamline and enhance the client experience Business Development Support ??? Synthesizes client data to develop customized financial plans/asset allocation proposals utilizing the Firm's proprietary software tools ??? Assists the Financial Adviser in development and delivery of financial and investment strategies that aim to address each client's specific goals and concerns ??? Establishes and cultivates trusting relationships with clients, proactively helping them understand their investment strategies, with guidance and input from the Financial Adviser ??? Conducts quarterly/annual business performance reviews in conjunction with the Financial Adviser ??? Actively engages in available training and education programs - including firm strategic priorities, professional development and staying current on policies, procedures and new platforms ??? Proactively participates in firm initiatives directed by local management Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Education/ Experience ??? Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education or experience ??? 4+ years plus relevant working experience in the financial services industry ??? RG 146 compliant ??? Additional product licenses may be required Knowledge/ Skills ??? Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ??? Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills ??? Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks ??? Expertise in Australian and global securities markets ???
