In this role, you will:

• Control operational costs by setting measurable standards, implementing effective financial planning, and monitoring decision outcomes.
• Ensure accurate reimbursement by engaging in negotiations with regulatory agencies, establishing reimbursement procedures, and staying updated on regulatory changes.
• Provide objective financial insights to management by actively participating in senior leadership discussions and offering expert advice on planning and decision-making.
• Manage financial risk through comprehensive insurance evaluations, overseeing annual audits, maintaining audit integrity, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Foster positive financial standing by building and nurturing relationships with external representatives, overseeing payment processes, and complying with financial regulations.
• Lead and optimize crucial departments such as accounting, reimbursement, patient billing, analysis, and property management to align with Luminis Health's financial goals.
