A. Process, certify, and reconcile Tennessee State Lottery Scholarships. B. Process, certify, and reconcile Tennessee State Grant Awards. C. Process information concerning third party scholarships and apply scholarship funds to student accounts in accordance with all Title IV regulations and guidelines. D. Provide general financial aid counseling to undergraduate and graduate students and their families. E. Process all other state scholarships and reconcile funds each term for each program including Lottery related awards. F. Assist existing and prospective students with on-line completion (submission) of various financial aid forms such as FAFSA on the web, Master Promissory Notes, entrance and exit G.
