Department Name: 3A600:Research Financial Services Job Summary: Research Financial Services is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our fast- paced team. This position will be monitoring and analyzing compliance with both the project payroll confirmation and the service center rate development processes. The ability to effectively communicate financial information to diverse audiences, along with strong organizational and time management skills are desired. The successful candidate will be required to independently gather, analyze, and interpret detailed financial information using tools such as excel. Familiarity with grants management, cost accounting, trend analyses, and revenue & expense projections preferred. This position will also provide daily supervision of assigned staff by establishing priorities, analyzing data related to performance and facilitating training as needed to support employee development. Upon successful completion of training, this position is eligible for consideration of a hybrid work arrangement.
