The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary Reporting to the Director, Career Design Lab (CDL), the Associate Director, Career Design Lab Operations (Associate Director) is responsible for the continuous exploration and implementation of best practices in Career Services. This includes establishing operational processes and procedures that effectively and efficiently lead the team towards the achievement of its vision and mission. This role includes strategic planning and management of major initiatives, staffing, and business operations.
