Job OverviewThe University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) seeks an experience and accomplished Business Officer. The Business Officer will report directly to the Dean of CCM and be responsible for a broad range of fiscal activities and human resource functions to ensure effective operations and the achievement of organization objectives in a cost effective manner. The Business Officer is an integral member of CCM's senior leadership team and also leads the Business Affairs Office. The financial structure of CCM is complex and includes management of general funds and designated gift funds as well as an array of endowment funds. Essential Functions
Required EducationBachelor's Degree must be in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Required ExperienceSeven (7) years of relevant work experience to include three (3) years supervision. Additional Qualifications Considered
