The position also covers Forest Lake Academy and the Corporate account so there is some travel and multi-site responsibility. Ensures safe and efficient operations by requiring goals, expectations, and priorities are met consistently by the staff. Fosters successful performance, identifies improvement areas, and engages team. Responsible for meeting the Department’s regulatory compliance and productivity requirements. Ensures clinical patient care and retail services are consistently handled with outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
