POSITION PURPOSE

The CASE@Campus Director will manage and expand our institution-based, global, individualized training programs, including the selection and management of the new CASE Fellows program. The Director will work with an internal staff team and key volunteers to deliver CASE@Campus programs, select and train CASE Fellows, and develop critical program content. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Manage and coordinate the delivery of all CASE@Campus training sessions with input and support from other CASE divisions and staff, as needed. These sessions could be offered online, in-person, or hybrid. This will include: 
   1. Working with sales staff, market and solicit CASE@Campus training sessions to member institutions. 
   2. Confirm and finalize contractual agreement prior to each session.
   3. Develop campus-specific proposal and conduct pre-program assessments with campus leaders to determine institutional needs. 
   4. Match available Fellows with CASE@Campus sessions. 
   5. Coordinate and finalize program content with CASE@Campus Fellows, CASE staff, and institutional hosts. 
   6. Conduct post-session evaluations with CASE Fellows and institutional hosts.
2. Serve as the key point of contact for CASE Fellows for CASE@Campus. This may include inviting Fellows to participate, developing and providing training materials, and supporting Fellows as needed. Fellows would be called upon to help CASE deliver key CASE@Campus training sessions and earn an honorarium for each engagement. 
3. Manage the development of the initial CASE@Campus program modules and supporting materials around CASE’s key strengths and existing assets, including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, academic development, and advancement data. 
4. Identify and coordinate internal CASE staff who can supplement the efforts of the CASE Fellows and serve as CASE@Campus facilitators.
5. Work with the Marketing and Communications division to enhance the web presence and develop new marketing material and distinctive design (aligned with CASE brand) for CASE@Campus. Seek testimonials from previous CASE@Campus institutions/attendees. 
6. Work with Marketing and Communications staff and the Director of Online Programs to develop required training modules for the CASE@Campus Fellows.
7. Work with Educational Programs division to ensure promotion of CASE@Campus at CASE conferences. Attend key CASE conferences to personally promote CASE@Campus.
8. If applicable, deliver CASE@Campus programs in areas of relevant expertise and knowledge. 

Fiscal Management/Budget Responsibilities/Judicious Use of Resources 

1. Exercise fiscal responsibility in the utilization of all CASE resources.
2. Partner with CASE sales director to reach annual revenue goals.

Liaison Responsibilities

1. Exhibit appropriate leadership toward and work cooperatively and supportively with all volunteers for which this position is responsible.
2. Coordinate with the internal CASE divisions that play a role in CASE@Campus.
3. Serve as key contact for internal staff and key volunteers on CASE@Campus.
4. Works cooperatively and diplomatically with all divisions and regions.
   Liaises with CASE colleagues in other parts of the world to ensure the best sharing of ideas, expertise and knowledge.
5. Incorporates tasks and/or projects related to objectives as directed by the CASE Strategic Plan.

1. High level judgement and problem-solving skills are required, as the incumbent is frequently faced with situations which require immediate action in response to issues and requests. The breadth and depth of understanding  of  an  issue  and  the  key  internal/external  persons handling the issue, and the way in which the issue is handled, all affect the outcome of the situation.

Professional and Organizational Knowledge 

1. The position requires that the incumbent quickly develop a deep understanding of CASE, its policies and procedures and an understanding of the culture and regional and divisional interdependencies.
