OCTA is the county’s transportation planning commission and public transit operator. Overview: Under minimal guidance, performs complex research and analytical tasks in the areas of operational performance measurements, and special projects within the department. Develops models to assess short and long-term resource allocation needs. Performs various administrative and performance based fact-finding projects requiring in-depth knowledge of bus and rail operations. Works collaboratively with relevant Departments to understand trends and develop forecasts of operational needs. Develops and presents comprehensive performance reports to various internal and external groups or committees.
This is an exempt position in Salary Grade R: Min $90,147.20 – Mid $107,452.80 – Max $124,758.40 annually. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Planning, Statistics, Analytics, or similar field, with a minimum of six years of applicable experience.
