Full-time, on-site, salaried position for fully licensed individual. Duties include trades, scheduling, client service, paperwork, case work, and general office work.
???Must be fully licensed with Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and Texas life insurance licenses
???Option to transition to advisor roll, if desired

Job Duties include but not limited to:
  • Be comfortable calling clients, prospects, and our home office.
  • Take ownership of tasks; follow up and develop solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Take notes during advisor/client meetings and follow through with action items.
  • Be versed in the general process for annuity, life, disability, and LTC applications and the estate settlement process.
  • Stay up to date with general financial planning and investment tools.
  • Complete financial plans, including acquiring needed data directly from the client.
  • Work with home office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues.
  • Answer client questions and complete service requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the financial advisor and paraplanner.
  • Call clients or prospects to set up meetings or appointments.
  • Conduct transaction requests as directed by financial advisor or paraplanner.
  • Coordinate client appreciation events and seminars.
Required Qualifications:
  • Fully licensed with Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and Texas life insurance licenses
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented while also being problem solving and solutions oriented
  • Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within our practice
  • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
