Full/Part Time: Full Time Employment Condition: Unlimited Job Description: The dean leads instructional management functions and applicable aspects of assigned programs. In addition, this position will provide strategic leadership for the Customized Training Department and workforce education programming. This position will have a primary role in developing and strengthening business and community partnerships to explore and expand programing. The incumbent in this position works directly with the Vice President of Academic Affairs & Institutional Effectiveness as well as other administrative staff to oversee the instructional needs of students and workforce education clients. The incumbent will represent the college on designated planning committees such as program advisory, Higher Learning Commission, curriculum, policy, institutional effectiveness, and assessment. As the dean, the incumbent will guide curriculum development with faculty to meet workforce needs.
