Responsibilities:

• Keeps accurate records and inventories related to planning and accountability, including responsibilities related to citation enforcement and allocating parking permits.
• Coordinate and collect data to report and accurate information.
• Serves as a liaison with staff, faculty, and students.
• Acts as the front-line person for communicating and enforcing policy.
• Respond to inquiries and questions regarding policies, appeals, and processes.
• Investigates situations and complaints and implements solutions.
• Works with individuals to resolve disputes/problems.
• Assists with supervising student personnel, maintains accounting records, organizes and traffics paperwork and is responsible for records management, compliance and confidentiality.
• Makes recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies and procedures.
• Inputs and retrieves student information and/or DMV information from college mainframe and/or other computer networks and sources.
• Represents Campus Operations, as valued member of TSU and the A&M System and performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelorâ™s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
