Nemours is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pathways Development Specialist to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Orlando, Florida. In alignment with our Strategic Plan, Nemours is shifting our clinical focus toward a care model that emphasizes clinical pathways (formerly known as "Clinical Standard Work"). The Advanced Clinical Pathways Development Specialist is responsible for clinical pathway development from inception to implementation. Working with clinical pathway educators, implementation specialist and data analysts the advanced pathway development specialist with ensure pathway success using PDSA cycles. The primary function of this role is to assist with establishing current state, facilitating evidence review, drafting of pathway algorithms, workgroup facilitation to establish clinician consensus, elicit stakeholder feedback, facilitate area leader approval, and ensure proper Epic integration of the clinical pathway. In this role, they will ensure the enculturation of an enterprise-wide strategy, to socialize existing and promote new clinical pathways to inter-professional teams. In addition to development, the incumbent will adjust their approach based on adherence rates to pathways. This person serves as a role model facilitator, change agent, consultant, and leader to promote the Clinical Pathways Program.
