Position Work Hours/Days: Monday-Friday/ 8am-4:30pm with possibility of 1-2 days per week of remote work. Hours and days may vary depending on the units needs.
 

Salary: $66,500 depending on qualifications

Position Summary: As a Human Resource Generalist 2 your role will include consultation on employee relation issues, policy and union contract interpretation. Prepare various reports on HR metrics, coordination and management of annual performance appraisal process, consult with managers regarding open positions, job re-classifications, promotions, transfers and demotions. Attend weekly meetings and serve on committees.

Purpose: Libraries Human Resources is looking for an individual who is detail and consultative oriented. This role will support several of the service areas providing human resource consultation, advice and programmatic support, reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development.
