Job Description Summary

Due to our continuous growth, we are currently looking to recruit for a Front of House Receptionist who will be based in London. Part of your role will be to offer a warm, personal, direct and affirming service to the guests ensuring effective and memorable experiences.

Job Description

As a Front of House team member, you should be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage challenging situations intelligently by offering instantaneous resolutions.

Your day to day will include:

• Welcome all Occupiers & Guests to ensure their arrival and departure experience is genuine, friendly and efficient
• Provide Occupiers/Guests with acts of kindness to make them feel special and honoured
• Deliver exceptional and memorable Front of House experiences by providing 5-star service
• Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally; record any messages accurately
• Deal with any queries from Occupiers/Guests and offer assistance
• Ensure to monitor, action and process any emails on the company email account

For this role, we are looking for someone who has previous front of house experience within a receptionist capacity and ideally you will have come from a hospitality background.

You should also have experience in dealing with challenging situations, comfortable working within a fast paced environment and is organised with their daily tasks.
