The Executive Director of University Marketing will devise and manage a comprehensive strategy to tell Lipscomb University's story and advance its reputation. Serving as a thought partner and counselor to university leaders, the executive director will lead brand development and implement marketing plans to support reputational, enrollment, and advancement goals, as well as key leadership and administrative initiatives. The executive director will be an experienced marketing strategist and will possess exceptional diplomacy, judgment, and integrity; a full understanding of the marketing and branding process from creative conceptualization to implementation; expert knowledge of traditional, digital, and emerging media; and demonstrated success in leading large and cross-functional teams. The executive director will envision and manage a sophisticated content operation accountable to strong performance measurement and metrics. Essential Functions:
