Reporting to the Director, Communications for Arts & Science, this individual will manage NYU Arts & Scienceâ™s social media presence, including Arts & Science, Graduate School of Arts & Science, College of Arts & Science and Liberal Studies accounts, on Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook and YouTube. Collaborate with Communications team members and school administrators to strategically and creatively prepare and develop well-segmented, engaging, original content for diverse audiences, supporting the brands and strategic goals of NYU Arts & Science and its schools. Conduct regular content and performance analysis; engage with followers; identify and pitch story opportunities; help with production on video shoots; and write profiles or other pieces of content to be featured on social media. Serve as social media advisor for academic departments and other Arts & Science entities with their own accounts, sharing social media best practices and championing brand compliance. Responsibilities Required Education: Qualifications In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $67,000.00 to USD $75,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
