Job Summary:The Director of Neeley Assessment & Accreditation is responsible for serving the Neeley School of Business by coordinating Neeley school and program rankings, operational analytics, assessment, and accreditation activities (AACSB, SACSCOC). Specific duties will include coordinating both internal and external constituents and data for the undergraduate and graduate rankings, and providing accurate data analytics and reporting to support decision-making within the Neeley School. Duties & Essential Job Functions:1. Develops Assessment of Neeley Programs by coordinating accurate data collection and reporting for AACSB and SACSCOC Assurance of Learning assessment for undergraduate and graduate business and accounting programs; working closely with Neeley curriculum committees, department chairs and deans in providing coordination and reporting for assessment processes; working with TCU community to support university-wide assessment processes. Required Education & Experience:• Bachelor degree in higher education administration, social science or related discipline. Preferred Education & Experience:• Advanced degree in higher education administration or related field. Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training:• None Preferred Licensure, Certification, and/or Specialized Training:• None Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:• Knowledge of project management techniques.
