The Office of Financial Aid (OFA) at the University of Michigan is looking for a new Assistant Director of Financial Aid System Operations who will supervise and lead the business systems analyst and document processing teams. Reporting to the Associate Director of Financial Aid System Operations, you will help manage internal business system projects and ensure compliance with federal, state and university policies and regulations. In partnership, you will analyze and recommend technology-based improvements and work toward automation of complex financial aid functions.

The Office of Enrollment Management requires a hybrid work arrangement of minimally three days on-site and two remote days. Thursdays are required as an on-site work day for all.
