• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a field that emphasizes analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Two or more years of experience working full-time in the Office of the Registrar or enrollment services department, or position supporting enrollment and student success at an institution of higher education.
• Strong written communication skills as demonstrated in application materials.
• Demonstrated attention to detail as exhibited in application materials.

• One or more years working full-time with the Ellucian Banner Student modules (such as registration, academic history, class scheduling, catalog, accounts receivable, etc.)
• Strong verbal communication skills as demonstrated during interview process.
• Demonstrated experience with relational database management systems (such as Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server). Experience must include knowledge of data structures and writing SQL queries.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills as demonstrated by respectful and effective interactions with constituencies across identity groups including but not limited to students, faculty, staff, and vendors at all levels.
• Knowledge of, or experience with: Requirements collection and documentation, Business rules analysis, Modeling processes (use cases, activity diagrams, flow charts, swim-lane process diagrams, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to generate process documentation.
• Experience working on collaborative projects and building relationships with both internal and external constituents.
• Demonstrated ability to design comprehensive test scenarios.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience providing a high volume of customer service; ability to manage multiple computer programs/screens quickly and efficiently.
