This announcement is for a permanent full-time Health Services Consultant 3 position.
The Department of Health seeks a committed individual to join the Administrative Services Office within the Executive Office of Resiliency and Health Security (ORHS).
As the Contracts Specialist (HSC3) you will play a vital role in our mission to enhance the health and safety of all Washingtonians. You will ensure that our contracts and grants are managed effectively and follow federal and state regulations. Your work will support vital public health initiatives, from emergency preparedness to disease prevention. You will work closely with ORHS teams to resolve fiscal issues and guide our health and emergency preparedness partners.

Required Qualifications Experience defined below may have been gained through paid or unpaid activities.
Option 1: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely allied field; AND two (2) years’ experience working with accounting, budget, contracts, or grants.
OR
Option 2: An associate degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely allied field; AND three (3) years' of experience working with accounting, budget, contracts, or grants.
OR
Option 3: Five (5) years’ experience working with accounting, budget, contracts, or grants.
