![]() Student Learning Center Program Assistant Available Title(s): 107M-YN_CS_NPS - Program Assistant Business Title: Student Learning Center Program Assistant Employee Type: Classified Time Type: Full time Position Term: 12 Month Position Details: Summary of Duties: The Student Learning Center Program Assistant (SLCPA) provides support for all programs within the College of Medicine MD program Student Learning Center. The SLC currently supports all 320 MD students concurrently. The Program Assistant works closely with SLC leadership in scheduling both individual coaching meetings and coaching faculty meetings for three unique coaching programs across all four years of the MD educational program. The SLCPA also provides support for scheduling meetings and tracking accommodations for MD students. They provide scheduling support for individual learner coaching needs including students who will need remediation. Finally, the SLCPA works with multiple stakeholders across offices to update web resources and completes logistical planning for student learning workshops. Essential Job Functions: 45% Coaching Programs Support 40% Individual Learner Support 10% Event Coordination 5% Other Required Qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of full-time clerical experience OR equivalent education/experience.
