Job Summary The Radiology Department's Scheduling Program Coordinator serves as the scheduling subject matter expert for Department of Radiology. The Scheduling Program Coordinator oversees production and ensures quality of the Department's various clinical schedules. The Scheduling Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and performing complex and varied administrative tasks requiring independent action and the setting of priorities and procedures, implementing effective operational/administrative policies and procedures specific to the achievement of the objectives of the program. Confers with staff and others to provide technical advice, provide problem solving assistance and answer questions about the program and its goals; refers inquiries to others as needed; prepares or assists in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies. Interacts and maintaining liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives. To qualify, you must have an Associate's degree with one year of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
