The Administrative Assistant Intermediate position is a vital team member in the ICPSR Summer Program in Quantitative Methods. From May through August, the Summer Program offers more than 90 courses in quantitative research methods and statistics to a diverse, multidisciplinary, and international constituency of more than 1,000 graduate students, faculty, researchers, and applied data analysts across the social, behavioral, health, and related sciences. You will work with a small, highly efficient staff. Your job will be to assist with all facets of hiring and paying 80+ Summer Program faculty and 40+ teaching assistants. NOTE : This is a part-time appointment working 30 hours/week each year from January through September. This position may require 40 hours/week from June through August. The salary range is $40,000 - $55,000 which represents a full time annual salary based upon working 40 hours per week. The hourly rate would be approximately $19.25 - $26.50 per hour depending on skills and experience.
