The Krieger School of Arts & Sciences is seeking an Administrative Manager to serve as the lead administrator supporting the school's transnational studies and related programs. The Administrative Manager partners with program and center leadership by providing strategic direction and managing a variety of complex administrative responsibilities in the areas of financial responsibilities, facility administrative support, events, and the onboarding of new faculty and staff. The administrative manager fosters improvements in policies and procedures and ensures efficient operations.
Furthermore, the Administrative Manager maintains and nurtures effective communication and partnerships throughout the School and University by conferring with leadership on issues about administrative functions and proactively representing their assigned areas. This may include documentation of having two (2) MMR vaccines; two (2) Varicella vaccines; or antibody status to these diseases from laboratory testing. Blood tests for immunities to these diseases are ordinarily included in the pre-employment physical exam except for those employees who provide results of blood tests or immunization documentation from their own health care providers.
