We are seeking a Finance Business Partner.

As a finance team member, you will represent the finance and operations departments at the business function level and you will equally represent your business function at the finance and operations departments level. This in all matters such as budget and reporting, monthly closing, communication and awareness and continuous improvement.

What you will be working on:
??? Acting as a business partner you shall develop and maintain strong relationships with the leadership of your business function and work alongside with them to improve the performance of the business line according the strategy.
??? Acting as a finance team member you shall actively participate to the monthly closing and support the harmonization of financial and operations best practices.
??? Acting as a continuous improvement agent, you shall keep working on improving the reporting, the budget and forecast processes amongst others. And you shall also develop and maintain a push and pull communication and training approach.
??? Finally you shall act as a full Finance team member within a team in full transformation, full of opportunities for growth and learning experiences.

What we look for:
??? You have at least 10 years of experience in similar roles
??? You are skilled at MS office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
??? You master key Finance SAP modules and Business Intelligence tools
??? You have great project management skills
??? You have excellent accounting knowledge
??? You have exceptional communication and presentation skills
??? You are analytical and adaptable
??? You are deadline focused with ability to prioritize tasks
??? You are very detail oriented
??? You make information easily digestible
??? You are a problem solver
??? You have very good negotiation skills
??? You know how to create a business strategy (cost analysis, financial planning, budget and forecast)
??? You have a good understanding of industry issues for the relevant business area (i.e. audit, tax, advisory)
??? You speak fluent English (French and/or German are a plus)
