Job Description

• Ensure proper staffing of daily, small and large projects of CW and Move Vendor staff
• Supervises furniture and related equipment moves, overtime point of contact
• Review/Lead weekly CSAT with project execution
• Makes recommendations to enhance cost savings, and innovative service advancements
• Realign vendors with Best Practices of the Space Management team
• Document new ways of working for Playbooks
• Campus Care Logistics Programming and bi-monthly meeting coordination

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree in a related discipline or field of study or equivalent experience
• Experience in communicating with all levels of management
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, strong communication skills
• Proactively searches for process improvement
• Takes ownership, problem solves thoughtfully and in a timely manner

• Ability to track all work and key metrics
• Ability to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities
• Ability to develop user documentation as it relates to functions
