TITLE: Financial Administrator (part-time, 20-25 hours per week)
PURPOSE: The Financial Administrator (FA) is responsible for correctly implementing and accurately recording the financial operations of Blacknall Memorial Presbyterian Church in an honest and timely fashion. The FA acts in consultation with the Finance Committee and under the general oversight of the Business Manager and Treasurer.
SUPERVISION: The Financial Administrator (FA) reports to and is supervised by the Business Manager.
RELATIONSHIPS: The FA serves on the Finance Committee as a member of the staff and is responsible for providing the Committee and the Treasurer with the financial reports and materials necessary for their respective proper functioning. The FA works with staff to ensure compliance with the budget. The FA communicates with staff, church officers, and congregants regarding relevant financial matters.
