Job Description: The Coordinator will ensure day-to-day activities and management at each high school site, organize programmatic activities, and work closely with supervisors to achieve grant project outcomes. The STEP Academic Coordinator will serve as the point person between the high school and the Director in collaboration with high school tutors. This position requires an outgoing, approachable and self-motivated individual with a passion for assisting high school students pursuing STEM pathways from underrepresented groups. This is a full-time position for in-school hours and hosting learning sessions one to two Saturdays per month (8:30 am - 12:00 pm).
