Overview:

Plans, implements and evaluates delivery of nursing care to patients. Provides managerial support in conjunction with the program director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing and patient care personnel. Contributes to the unit, nursing and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, and the supervision of nursing staff, and participation in the communication relations program. Actively involved in the quality metrics and performance of the unit.

Shifts:

40 hrs/wk; variable hours, M-F. Full Time, Exempt

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years Behavioral Health experience preferred. Previous management/leadership experience helpful. Current NE RN license, BLS & ACLS. Crisis prevention certification. Master degree or ability to obtain within 3 years required.
