Job Summary:

The Administrative Services Operations Manager (ASOM) manages the Administrative Services Division's support team in facilitating the day-to-day work of the Police, Facilities, Auxiliary Services, Emergency Management, and Occupational and Environmental Safety departments. Division support functions include parking permits, keys, Traka (key management system), employee and alumni Card Access, ChargePoint EV Charging Stations, Ecoparking Technologies Gannon Ramp parking management system, purchasing (supplies, materials, equipment, services), college-wide chargebacks, and employee recruitment. This position also manages, plans, implements, monitors, and analyzes all Administrative Services Division department budgets. In addition, the ASOM manages and monitors the funding of renovations, new construction, minor remodels, maintenance, repairs, and the procurement of furniture fixtures and equipment through multiple funding sources.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Demonstrated supervisory experience

Significant budget, finance, or accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on college, university, or K-12 campus

Experience working in facility operations and construction
