Originate, structure, distribute and execute syndicated loans in the UK/ Europe market by working closely with the RMs across various business units (Corporate Banking, Global Financial Institutions Group, Structure Trade Commodity Finance, etc) to provide product expertise support.
To be on the ground, go-to DCM Loans person to provide market insights / updates / sentiment and connectivity into the syndicate partner institutions (lenders and arrangers) based in the UK/Europe.
Well connected with syndicate lenders and arrangers in the region
Meticulous with an attention to detail in work, writing and financial analysis

Qualifications / Education & Experience
Extensive work experience and a good understanding of the syndicated loan market, familiar with syndicated loan structuring / execution / documentation / distribution and credit analyses
Previous relevant experience in real estate finance and fund finance would be an advantage
