SUMMARY: As a member of the Employer Relations team, the Assistant Director, Employer Relations, will execute University of Richmond’s employer recruitment activities and systems; develop relationships with employers to increase recruiting opportunities; assemble, organize, and report quarterly and annual metrics to track employer and alumni engagement; supervise student assistant(s); and support implementation of the broader goals and strategic initiatives of Alumni and Career Services (ACS) and the Advancement Division.
