| About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 What we need help with: The Financial Analyst will report to the Manager, FP&A, and will partner with business leaders in and outside of the finance and accounting team. They will synthesize complex financial and operational data into dashboards and OKRs that support meaningful analysis and insights. They will be a key player in annual budgeting and monthly reforecasts and will assist with the forecasting and budgeting models. This position will have exposure to leadership and will have exposure to various parts of our organization.
This position is based in our New York headquarters. We work a hybrid work schedule with a current minimum of one teamwide designated day in the office. Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. We work to a flexible schedule based on the company needs; generally, this is Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekend may be required.
