Infrastructure Support Lead

Role Overview: As our Infrastructure Support Lead, you'll be the go-to person for all things IT infrastructure. You'll roll up your sleeves, dive into technical challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance our systems. If you're a hands-on professional with expertise in Windows, PowerShell, and Active Directory, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Windows Wizardry: You'll manage and optimize our Windows-based systems, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.
• PowerShell Pro: Your scripting skills will shine as you automate tasks, streamline processes, and troubleshoot issues.
• Active Directory Aficionado: You'll oversee AD services, user accounts, group policies, and security settings.
• Hardware Hero: From laptops to mobile devices and workstations, you'll provide top-notch support, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Incident Investigator: When things go awry, you'll jump into action, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaboration Champion: Work closely with colleagues in IT, security, and operations to align technology with business needs.
• Thought Leadership: You will lead a team of 2 with the ability to grow the team in the near future. You must have experience in a leadership position prior.

Qualifications:

• Experience Matters: You've got a solid track record (at least 7 years) in infrastructure support, with a focus on Windows environments.
• PowerShell Prowess: You can write scripts in your sleep (or at least after your morning coffee).
• Hardware Guru: Laptops, mobile devices, and workstations don't scare you-they intrigue you!
• Financial Knowledge: Must come from a trading, banking or investing firm and have the commercial ability to interact with revenue generating individuals.
