About our client

What the job involves

  • Support the senior team with individual deal execution processes: due diligence, negotiation and execution of transactions
  • Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition
Who we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a private equity fund, consulting firm or a qualified accountant with transaction services, corporate finance or restructuring experience
  • An understanding and motivations for turnaround investments
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence
