The ideal candidate should be terminally qualified in a relevant area of scholarship and have primary research and teaching expertise in strategic management. Required DegreeDoctorate -strategic management Minimum RequirementsApplicants for an assistant professor position should be able to demonstrate that they are engaged in activities that will lead toward scholarly prominence through publishing in top-tier management journals. Applicants for appointment as an associate professor must show continued research productivity and achievement of scholarly prominence. All applicants should demonstrate ability as a classroom instructor through summarized peer and/or student evaluations and/or explicit commentary in letters of recommendation.
