Job DescriptionThe Manager of Faculty & Physician Compensation and Productivity coordinates Cedars-Sinai?s faculty and physician compensation plans. Supports the Director in managing the compensation review and efficiency reporting for assigned areas. This position maintains and assists in making recommendations related to faculty and physician compensation plans as well as physician efficiency benchmarking and reporting. The Manager provides leadership and proficiency on faculty and physician compensation matters. Under the direction of the Director, this role is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of specific pay practices to ensure fair market value, legal compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations. The Manager of Faculty & Physician Compensation and Productivity will manage and mentor support staff in the data analysis and implementation of physician compensation plans and efficiency tracking/reporting. The incumbent will also ensure that adequate systems of control are in place and working effectively and create processes by which databases containing all relevant physician compensation and efficiency elements are maintained accurately and updated regularly. Duties and Responsibilities:
QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree preferred. Experience:Five (5) years of Healthcare Finance and physician compensation required.
