Duties and Responsibilities: Perform installation and maintenance of all building heating, ventilating, air conditioning and direct digital building management control systems. Assist with the maintenance of other building systems such as plumbing and electrical systems. May serve as Energy Management Control System (EMCS) operator. This is a Contract College, union position within the BTC. The pay rate is $40.47/hour.
