Group Tax Manager

Group Tax Manager | London (Hybrid) | £75,000-85,000 + Package | Consumer Brand

We are working to support a leading consumer name on their hunt for a Group Tax Manager. The role is a broad one and would suit an individual's first move out of practice or a second-time in-house mover.

The brand is an instantly recognisable name in the consumer space and has been business-critical given their international growth and the impacts of BREXIT on trade. In this role you'll report directly to the Head of Tax and, have the option to manage a more junior Tax Accountant.

The role:

• Tax compliance - touching on corporation tax, VAT, and employment tax
• Support with transfer pricing and import/customs matters where needed
• Support the core finance reporting team with tax numbers for year-end reporting
• Stay up to date with changes to tax legislation and report these back to the business where needed
• Support on ad-hoc tax projects as and when they come about

Candidate preference:

• CTA/ACA or equivalent qualified
• Ideally, practice background
• An individual who is happy to get their hands dirty
