Job SummaryThe Facilities & Operations department has an immediate opening for a Construction Project Manager Intermediate. This is an essential position in Facilities & Operations. Reporting to the Facilities & Operations Assistant Director, this position supports the daily operations of F&O projects and operations. Facilities and Operations is responsible for the 24/7 operation and maintenance of the campus and out-building infrastructure which includes but is not limited to the following systems: HVAC, electrical power, process, domestic, and RO water, pneumatic tube, life safety (doors, fire alarm, fire suppression, power), plumbing, electronic and pneumatic building controls, and interior and exterior architectural finishes. Mode of WorkOnsite The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence. Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan. Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
