Travel may be required for this position.

This position will report to the Senior Director of Development of the Collat of Arts and Sciences.

This position is hybrid-eligible after the probationary period.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build a network of high net-worth prospects

• Independently strategize and present gift options to prospects

• Work closely with the College of Arts and Sciences Dean and Senior Director of Development to engage with members of CAS and develop fundraising strategies

• Work with key volunteers and board members to increase engagement and fundraising

• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $57,940 - $80,000

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently within CRM

• Advanced fundraising skills (qualifying, potential solicitations, overcome objections)

• Advanced networking - positioning conversations for potential gifts

• Advanced stakeholder management (status, prospects lists, communications, etc.)

• Working knowledge of planned giving techniques

• Portfolio development/management skills

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong presentation skills

• Advanced project management skills

• Budget management

• Knowledge of higher education endowment practices
