Job Description:

The Risk Management office at Iowa State University is seeking a qualified candidate to assist with the administration of the online systems student organizations use to register for travel and to submit their events for review. Further, this position will interface with all Risk Management online systems, including motor vehicle record check systems, commercial drivers license policies and procedures, and ISUs risk management information system for incident reporting. This position will be expected to gain a comprehensive understanding of the risk management processes at Iowa State and assist in various other capacities as well.

Example of Duties

• Provides support to a program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with the objectives of the university.

• Assists with the daily administration of the Student Organization Travel Authorization system and processes

• Assist with the daily administration of the University Event Authorization system and processes

• Assist with the administration of the Commercial Drivers License processes and federal compliance

• Maintain knowledge of other ISU Risk Management processes and systems
