Customer Service & Campus Operations Assistant About the Opportunity This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification. JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Operations Coordinator and reporting to the Associate Director of Operations (ADO), the Campus Operations Assistant (COA) serves as the first point of contact for visitors and students to the Toronto Campus. The individual in this position supports the campus for class sessions that require flexible day, evening, and weekend hours (40 hours per week). The COA will assist with front desk duties and ensure that students and faculty are appropriately set up to conduct classes and support events. The COA greets and checks students in for classes and responds to requests and questions from current students and faculty. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Proficient computer skills with experience in or ability to learn Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database management. Effective time management, organization, and communication skills. Strong planning, and customer (internal and external) service skills. Knowledge and skills required for this position are typically acquired through the completion of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of one-year of related experience.
