Posted Job Title Research Specialist C (Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine) Job Profile Title Research Specialist C Job Description Summary The Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania is the oldest and one of the finest medical schools in the United States. Job Description Plans and conducts complex experiments to meet research project objectives. Performs laboratory experiments and clinical studies for product or material formulation and development. Oversee overall management of laboratory tool, documentations and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and timely completion of project/program deliverable s. Closely collaborates with content experts to select assessment instruments. adapt existing instruments and develop new instruments and with Principal Investigator (PI) on experimental/clinical work set ups in accordance to established protocols. Responsible for team performance management and reviews Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience in research, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required Working Conditions Office, Library, Computer Room; Requires extensive safety Physical Effort Typically sitting at a desk or table; Occasional lifting 25 lb. or less Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School Perelman School of Medicine Pay Range Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
