POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Quality and Safety Officer (CQSO) is responsible for leading and managing all specialty services as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as defined within the Position Responsibilities of this job description. The CQSO shall develop and oversee all associated systems and will work to improve Hidalgo Medical Services' (HMS) image, quality of care and services, safety, financial position, and number of individuals served. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Masters of Business Administration or Public Health Required Two (2) Years of Healthcare Leadership Experience Required. Two (2) Years of Federally Qualified Health Center Experience Required. Fluency in English and Spanish; both written and oral preferred. Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills Required.
