The Bourns College of Engineering (BCOE) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research Administrator 3 to join our dynamic team. Under the general supervision of the Financial Operations Manager and the Financial Administrative Officer, the Research Administrator will provide essential financial and administrative support to the department and five major research centers. In this role, you will manage financial operations, including budget development, financial reporting, and compliance, while serving as a key liaison between the department, research centers, and campus offices. You will ensure the integrity of financial records, assist with audits, and provide critical financial guidance to faculty and research staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in post-award financial administration, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of University policies and agency regulations. The full salary range for the Research Administrator 3 is $66,500 - $118,300 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
